Discovering What Loose Diamonds Can do for You
The thought of loose diamonds may bring a familiar movie scene to your head. A couple of criminals in a dark room exchanging a handful of loose diamonds carefully wrapped in velvet. I too held the untrue thought that only criminals or the very rich dealt with loose diamonds.
This was until a few years ago when it was my turn to pick out my wedding ring. We traveled all over looking for the perfect ring. We looked locally, out of town, on the, internet, we even went to the infamous diamond district in Los Angeles. After days upon days of tireless searching I could not find the ring that was exactly what I had envisioned.
It never even occurred to me to buy a loose diamond and have it put into the setting of my choice. That was until I found the perfect wedding ring. The band was antique style set with about a dozen tiny diamond chips on each side of the main diamond. When I tried it on it looked terrible. The center diamond was a round cut and I had envisioned a marquis in the middle.
When I voiced my dissatisfaction to the jeweler she said no problem, she could set a marquis in the middle for me. But then I had no idea who sold loose diamonds. I assumed that it would be much more expensive than just settling for the ring the way that it was. I ended up calling a reputable jeweler in Los Angeles and he worked with me to find the exact diamond; it was the perfect size, cut, clarity, and price for us.
I arranged for payment and received my precious loose diamond in the mail a few days later. When I opened the package, I felt like I was a part of that old criminal movie. I don’t know why but carrying around a loose diamond feels a lot riskier than if it were set into a piece of jewelry.
I took my diamond into the local jewelry store and left it with them so that it could be set into my ring. A few weeks later I returned to find the exact wedding ring I had been searching for; it was amazing.
If you’re searching for a ring or necklace or any other piece of jewelry remember that it’s not out of your reach to purchase loose diamonds. They’re fairly easy to get a hold of if you work with a reputable jeweler.
After choosing to have a loose diamond set into a different band, the total cost of my wedding ring was actually just under the price of that original style; if I had purchased the ring with the original round diamond I would have paid more for it. It was ironic how it turned out so perfectly. If you’re picky or you have an exact idea of what you want remember that loose diamonds are an option.

Is Time Really Easier to Sell than Products? Generate Extra Revenue by Packaging Up What You Know
Over the years I’ve worked with very many coaches and consultants who make their money by selling blocks of time.
This is great but anyone who’s done it - also knows that when they stop working (and selling time) the money soon dries up too. This predicament is not only potentially dangerous, especially for smaller firms, but can leave you feeling trapped by your own success. There’s often never any rest without that guilty, sinking, feeling that while you’re not working you’re not earning.
So, on top of selling time, I encourage people to turn their knowledge into an information product so they can earn additional money even while they’re sleeping or having a well-earned rest, enjoying a hobby or reading a book.
Strangely though, many of these people who are so good at selling time come completely unstuck when it comes to doing the same with products. In fact, one high-earning coach I spoke to recently said, “I think you will find that selling products takes a lot more time and effort than selling services.”
Well does he have a point?
If you’re interested in turning what you know into a book, e-book, e-course or audio programme to add kudos to your main business and to bring in a bit more money each month then today’s article will come in handy.
Selling products doesn’t necessarily take a lot more time and effort than selling services - though the rules are very different…
If you have an appropriate plan (and a good target) it’s very likely they’ll be just as difficult/easy as each other - though making a lot of money quickly from products is very often harder than people think.
Making lots of money out of products does take a bit longer and it’s unlikely that a handful of CDs and books will make you into an overnight millionaire as many of these “turn your knowledge into a million quid” internet marketing “gurus” would have you believe.
An Example… We sell information products for £15 each on average (though we’ve successfully sold some for £100+) whereas I can sell time for £650-£1000 a day (excluding speaking engagements where this rate can be hourly). Therefore the ‘quantity-quality’ ratio is very different between the two. You need much bigger numbers to make products pay off.
With products of a comparatively low price you have to play a big numbers game (where the quality of the relationship is basically transactional). So it’s the high quantity of people you need to reach that can make selling products seem harder.
Now with high value services, you may only need to sell a handful of days (where the quality of the relationship is way beyond a mere transaction) a month, to earn a decent income - which makes selling time seem easier.
Now, if you didn’t already know, I stopped selling time (and taking on new clients) early in 2004 to focus on producing and selling information products instead.
So, why did I choose to stop selling time to focus 100% on products if I can make plenty of money selling time?
Because you can only effectively maintain a set number of high-quality (high-time-demand) clients without having to take on more people. This sets a limit (based on hours you’re willing to work) on your own personal earning potential. Transactional clients (people who buy a product) don’t need the same time/resource (ie personal attention, accountability - beyond a product guarantee or high skill level) which vastly increases your overall earning potential from products. You can even earn money while you’re playing ping-pong, flying a kite, or anything else you like to do with your spare time.
But the key distinction here is “earning potential”. Intellectually, selling products seems a nice and easy way to earn income - but realising the “potential” is flippin’ difficult as I’ve found out.
After focusing on products for a few years now we’re finally earning as much selling products as we were when we were just selling time - but now there are only 2 full time people to share the money with rather than 11!
So anyone thinking that giving up your consulting or coaching business and just doing products is an easy way to get rich - it isn’t - but when you’ve got the revenue coming in from almost passive sources then the ceiling on your overall earning potential can increase beyond the number of hours you are willing to exchange for cash.
And for me, time (and the freedom to spend it however you wish) is far more important than overall income.

How To Plan Your Trip To Cancun In 10 Easy Steps!
Cancun has always been a popular spring break travel destination. Whether you’re a seasoned traveler or planning your first trip, there are several important things to keep in mind before calling your travel agent and booking your next vacation to Mexico:
1. Time of year: While “Cacun in the Springtime” is very fun, the truth is that you’re most likely to spend many days outside, because the weather can be humid and hot. Sometimes there is rain, but if you’re not sure of weather patterns, check with your travel agent who can advise you on rainy seasons or other weather-related issues for traveling to a specific spot.
2. Your Budget: Decide how much you’ve got to spend, and don’t forget to include extras like tourist attractions, getting around, souvenirs and meals (which are typically much cheaper in Cancun than in the states). If your budget is smaller, consider visiting Cancun, looking for packaged tours, or, if you’re flexible, book a “last-minute” trip, which can often save you 30% or more. Check out the current exchange rate between your currency and that of the country you’ll be visiting, to have a better idea of what your vacation is going to actually cost you. Whenever possible, travel during an off-peak season to save even more.
3. Your secret dreams or “someday” wishes: For most of us, taking a vacation is something we get to do only once a year, and often plan and save the whole year for. So if you have always wanted to visit somewhere or do something special — why wait? Include it in your next vacation plans.
4. Political Climate: While most countries that rely on tourism make every effort to ensure the safety of tourists, these days it’s always a good idea to keep up on the current political climate of the country you’re planning to visit, especially if there have been problems in the past.
5. Your own “internal clock”: If you prefer sleeping in in the mornings, and “doing your own thing” then a guided tour is probably not for you. Most guided tours start early in the morning, and you’re on the go until evening. You may visit several cities in a country or countries within a specified amount of time, and you’re required to stay with the group.
On the other hand, if you don’t like traveling alone, you enjoy the companionship of others and getting to see as much as possible in the time you’ve got, a guided tour or cruise may be just the thing for you.
6. How you like to spend your time: Take a little time to think about what you like doing before planning your trip. Do you prefer the water, or the mountains? Lying on the beach, or rock-climbing? Adrenaline rushes or visiting a museum?
While going outside your comfort zone and trying new things can be a great experience, spending your time doing something that bores you silly or makes you uncomfortable and unhappy just doesn’t make sense. Once you know what you want to do, figure out what you’ll have time to do. Many times, in an effort to get the “most bang for our buck” we tend to over plan the vacation, and end up needing a vacation from the vacation when we get home! Prioritize your list, and be willing to save some activities or attractions for another trip.
7. Use the resources that are available to make your trip special and save money: Today’s travelers have numerous options when planning their vacation. You can use the Internet to find out more about the cities or countries you want to visit, check out prices, even book your flight or hotel room. If you’re visiting a place for the first time, check with a travel agent, talk to someone who’s “been there, done that” on an Internet Forum, or contact local chambers or commerce or travel councils to get more information about where to go, what to see and what to do.
8. Get organized: You can use trip-planning software, or your own favorite organizing system to organize and plan your trip. Don’t forget things like making sure your passport and picture ID are up-to-date, finding out if travel insurance is something you need, and how and where to exchange your money. The more organized you are in the beginning, the better vacation you’ll have.
9. Pack lightly: Most of us take too much on a vacation, and end up lugging heavy suitcases and other bags along filled with items that we either don’t use or don’t need. When planning your trip, look at your wardrobe and pack as lightly as you can. Take only what you’ll really need, and remember that if you forget or end up needing something, chances are you can get it once you reach your destination.
10. Have fun! Get organized, make your plans and expect the best. That way, once you’re on your way, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy yourself. But remember, there are very few “perfect” vacations, so if something does go wrong, try to relax and “go with the flow” as much as possible. Experienced travelers say that sometimes their best vacations have been the ones where the unexpected happened.

Super Secret Exercise Tips for People with Arthritis
People with arthritis should exercise … but they need to keep some valuable information in mind. Here are some important tips to follow:
1. Make sure you warm up. Warming up increases blood flow and helps muscles loosen up. Five minutes of simple walking or riding a stationary bike will do it.
2. Stretching improves flexibility which helps a patient prepare for aerobic activity. Stretching the hamstrings and quadriceps muscles is important.
3. Start out easy. If you exercise too hard you switch from aerobic to anaerobic activity. This can lead to potentially painful and dangerous injury. To determine where you need to be, find your target heart rate by subtracting your age from 220, then aim for 40 to 70% of that rate.
4. You need to push a bit. Make sure you are working inside the 40 to 70% range to improve energy, lose weight, and build muscle. If you push too hard you’ll be in a lot of pain and may need to back off a bit.
5. Do not eat within two hours of exercising. Digestion causes blood flow to go to the gut instead of the muscles. This could cause abdominal cramps and nausea.
6. Make sure you don’t overdo it. When lifting weights, the temptation is to push too hard. If you are lifting the proper amount of weight you will feel fatigue by the 15th repetition. When you find that a certain weight becomes too easy, go up a bit in weight. Weight training helps improve stamina, energy, and strength.
7. Cool down properly. Stretch, breathe deeply, and don’t stop abruptly.
8. Drink plenty of water. The rule of thumb is drinking 8 ounces of water for every fifteen minutes of exercise. After you’re done, drink more. Proper water intake will help with your cool down, circulation, and injury prevention.
9. If you’re using a stair climber or elliptical machine, the temptation is to lean on the arm rests. This could lead to bad posture and low back problems. Stand straight.
10. Use proper form. Improper form leads to injury.
11. If you hurt, skip your exercise that day. Trying to work through the pain may lead to injury. You may notice some muscle soreness the day after a good workout. The soreness should not last longer than a day or two.
12. Consider seeing a physical therapist prior to starting an exercise program. They can give you a set of “do’s and don’ts”.
13. “Custom fit” your exercise. For instance, if you have bad shoulders, then swimming is probably not the right exercise for you. Consider biking or walking. On the other hand, if you have bad knees, swimming might be better for you than walking. Avoid rowing if you have a bad back.

Nuts and Bolts of Online Sports Results Betting
Play bet gambling sports any time! This online venue always has action.
Bond together both of everybody’s topmost leisure actvities and what you’ll unmask is a vogue that’s known as a web based sportsbook. And seriously: what could feasibly be more imaginative. Envisage a large assembly of men clapping in support of any given local players, and frequently wagers are fixed besides the tumult. Wanting to get their piece of the exhilaration, spectators generally seek to divine who will make it the coming meetup. All this develops into a friendly bantering meetup termed web based sportsbook.
In order to wager, you should drop by at a web based sportsbook, i.e. a setup which offers web based sportsbook. In the U.S., you’ll find no less than four states to do sportsbook gambling in a legal manner, but if you don’t care for legality, you can go for it essentially anywhere provided you discover a bookie AND happen to be a legal adult. Included in the sporting contests you can bet your money on are professional and, of course, college level basketball + football, pro hockey and baseball, and, of course, horse and dog racing. Patrons may bet money on the entire result of a fight or game, in what round any given competitor will be vanquished, and even if a coin toss in a fight or game will come out heads or tails.
We’ll be able to select countless genres of stakes– parlay wagers, straight bets, over/unders, i.e. bets on the total points secured in the fight by both competitors, teasers, which are kindred to to parlays, the difference being that you will either add or subtract points from the spread to fortify your stakes, and others, the straight being the most typical in sportsbook gambling.
Why don’t you have a crack at it, and enjoy the fun as well. Simply determine that you won’t get unduly carried away and spend your entire pension plan on a fancy… If you don’t, could be you will end up struck by remorse till the end of your life…
No List No Business
It is a simple fact that it costs time and money to advertise to and recruit new customers.
Also very few people will buy something on their first visit to a particular website.
If you can capture their email address on the first visit you can;
Use THE LIST to give them a reason to keep returning again and again. This will greatly increase your chances of making a sale.
Once you make your first sale to a customer you may be lucky enough to make a small profit after taking into account the cost of attracting them to your product or service.
Use THE LIST
If you can sell to that person again and again without having to spend all that time and money in finding them, then your profits will increase.
Use THE LIST
If you have sold something to someone online and you took good care of them you will build trust and therefore customers will be more likely to buy from you again.
Use THE LIST
Your customer is now your client because he or she trusts you and your service or product; they will always come to you for their needs because it’s safe and easy now.
If you continue to take care of your clients they will eventually become your ambassadors, these ambassadors will promote your service through word of mouth and direct referrals, that’s the best and most cost effective advertising you can get.
This is all accomplished through THE LIST.
Use your list to “stay in touch” with everyone, keep your customers informed about new information or services, give free gifts and other value adding material.
All of this will make it possible to tap into your own personal market share at any time.
Without a THE LIST you will always be searching for customers.
I sincerely wish you good luck and happiness

Read About the Startling Windsor Castle
Windsor Castle is considered to be the largest populated castles around just now and the eldest in continuous occupation (around nine hundred years). It’s 1 of Queen Elizabeth’s three formal residences, and is tine and time again said to be the Queens most liked home. The Royal colours soars above the Round Tower of Windsor Castle each time Queen Elizabeth 2nd is in palace - conversely, at other occasions, the Union Jack banner soars in its place. The England tourist board, the online home of tourism in England has plenty of useful travel information.
Samuel Pepys stated Windsor Castle to be “the most idealistic castle around.” That was thought in sixteen-sixty-six and the same is true still..
Windsor Castle Intriguing History:
The start of Windsor can be seen in the seventh century Saxon settlement of Windlesora, where the present day village of Old Windsor is located. The settlement of Windsor is traditionally identified as “New Windsor” - the actual phrase “new” being used in a loose way!
Windsor Castle was at first put up by the renowned William the Conqueror, as a result of his attack of England in ten-sixty-six. The original frame was built from wood with mud barricades. Windsor Castle held an obvious strategic location on a steep hill overlooking the River Thames, and was one part of a group of fortresses surrounding the City, with the Tower of London, one whole days journey away, at its centre.
The Castle was soon recreated in rock, and increased in significance over the forthcoming centuries. More recently Henry II built the Round Tower and the original stone outer wall. Following the English Civil War, the Castle’s principal function became that of a royal house. The Castle has remained largely untouched from the beginning of the 19th century, apart from the refurbishment job after the recent fire in 1992.
Using The Subconscious To Paint Fiction
Famous authors often reserved their ‘other self’ for the privacy of their writing room. Such needed indulgence brought forth cherished times of private thoughts. You too should be delighting yourself in unrestricted views.
Close off the world and develop an intimate acquaintance with a character you have created and thus set free from the vapours of imagination (subconscious). When your thoughts quiver with expectation a power is released… the drawing forth of the image. I refer to this as energizing Frankenstein; turning your most vivid desires into a physical representation of your character.
Construct a cloth doll (or draw a likeness for a cardboard cutout). Catch their physical appearance. Who are they? Do they reveal any oddities? Are they employed or do they recline in leisure? Sketch in clothing. Remind yourself of hair, temperament and motives. Is this a translation of your inner passion? Converse openly with your character… ask questions, coaxing out the perfect portrayal of your dream. Sunbathe in the magic of being a designer. Now you will begin to discover… they will do anything you want them to… reporting, spying and filing information.
Gaze further into your mind. Do you know exactly where and how they live? Is there a map? Can you experience the weather, observe local animals and gather flowers? What minor characters are you bumping into? Do you feel like a tourist or can you invisibly investigate?
Flaunt your wand, feeling the confidence in your story. Study the picture above of a vintage book cover. In you mind fondle the lady’s red glass beads. Outline her luscious lips with your finger. Paint her eyes porcelain blue. She’s starting to breathe. She adores her ermine fur. Flick the feathers in her flamboyant hat (did you notice the jet hatpins?) Add more strands of gold to her ginger hair. A dab more of vermillion rouge. Pencil in a chic beauty spot. Pad out that bosom. Add an elegant dab of flirtatious perfume. In a diffusion of stars her dressing table manifests. You reach straightaway for the swans-down powder puff. A lovely pale blue ribbon bow sits atop. No doubt by now she is conversing with you and insisting on you letting her fine musical voice be known.
With jubilation you will now bestow the name for your character, after which you will be able to write about her without hesitation. You have achieved something wonderful and anchoring… an intimate knowledge of your character. Her words now ripple onto the paper. She sits nonchalantly on your dictionary, crossing her silk-stockinged legs. She fusses over morning tea and doodles on rainy afternoons (referring to it as artistic improvements).
The impossible dimension is reached, rupturing the membrane between fact and fiction. The story is yours to tell. Treasure your signature; it is the arrow of wisdom.

Don’t Get Lost, or Become The Wrong Way Roadster; GPS Can Get You Back on Track
If you’ve ever gotten lost on the way to a business or social function, then it’s time to consider a GPS system. It can pinpoint your exact location and provide a map that shows you how to get to your destination.
How does GPS work?
GPS measures the satellite signals in proximity to your location. The GPS receiver absolutely needs to know where it is! This happens by receiving signals from a minimum of three satellites. If it wants elevation, then a fourth satellite needs to come into play.
Next, is the high end math; GPS locks onto a position and uses trigonometry to calculate its position. This is measured in latitude and longitude. From that point, as long as it stays locked onto your location, it can provide the speed, distance and that most valued of all things; a map to your destination.
What is the signal accuracy of GPS?
GPS signal accuracy is approximately 50 feet. But some systems go beyond this range.
Ground stations help GPS systems achieve an accuracy greater than 50 feet. WAAS (Wide Area Augmentation System) correct satellite orbital errors. With 25 ground stations in the U.S., WAAS calculates and transmits the corrected data to fixed-position satellites. WAAS-enabled GPS receivers reach accuracies of 10 feet or less.
DGPS (Differential GPS) also has a correction method with its network of towers. DGPS systems achieve an accuracy of between 10 and 20 feet, but the downside is that these systems require an antenna to receive the corrected signal.
What options are there for a GPS system?
You can either choose a dedicated GPS receiver with displays, or a receiver that works in conjunction with your PDA or notebook computer. At the lower end, dedicated receivers with displays show the location and basic maps. Others at the higher end offer downloadable capability so you can receive more sophisticated map configurations from a PC.
Pocket PCs, Palm OS devices and notebook computers also offer GPS receivers combined with mapping programs. GPS devices come built into some PDA mounts offered by Akron and Seidio.
Bluetooth GPS Receiver
The Bluetooth GPS Receiver is a stand alone receiver that can communicate with a Pocket PC or Smartphone. To use the GPS receiver with your Windows Mobile device it needs to have Bluetooth capability, or you can simply add the receiver to the unit with a CF or SDIO Bluetooth card.
You don’t have to be exactly near your GPS receiver to use it. This is what is really cool about this receiver. It’s very flexible too. You can place it within 30 meters of your other Bluetooth devices and still have full GPS functionality. Even more surprising…it can actually produce a map and location details while inside a clothing item or in a container.
It’s convenient too. Before you leave for a trip, you can input where you want to go and have it all mapped out when you depart for your new destination.
Consider these factors when selecting a GPS system:
- 1. Watch out for lost signals. The GPS signal with a satellite could conceivably get lost in rough or remote terrain, like in a canyon or forest. This can be minimized with a system that continuously monitors 12 satellites.
- 2. Is the GPS system programmable? What is the data package like? Is it cost-effective?
- 3. What is the power supply like? Some in-car systems come with their own batteries, while others are dependent on the car itself.
- 4. Pay attention to interface. Some GPS interfaces run better than others. Find out about their performance from tech journals and colleagues.
- 5. Look at how the maps and directions are displayed. Do you like the presentation? Is it easy to navigate?
GPS - Gets you on track
Think of GPS as a modern take on that classic refrain heard by car passengers everywhere,”Just ask for directions.” Only now, you can ask your very own GPS system without worrying about getting lost.
